Somni and the Weeping Willow

One night in a home out in the countryside, a ghost known as the Weeping Willow torments the mind of a child called Somni.  Every night, Somni finds themself attempting to escape Willow's haunt, only to continue repeating the same process again and again.  Will this night finally be the end of it?

This little game was my submission for the "Spooktacular Game Jam" hosted by the 001 Game Creator team!  The theme for the jam was "Escape from Home", while the judges would be scoring the game based on the horror factor.

This was my first attempt at trying to create a true horror experience, and if this project is received well I may consider building on it in a future project.
